Terms and conditions

Below the terms and condition of the service:

1. By purchasing a travel ticket, a contract is stipulated between the passenger and the carrier (as provided for in art. 42-48 of the law on motor vehicle transport /GS, 82/1999 and 11/2002).


2. The carrier ensures the holder of a valid travel ticket transport along the planned itinerary.


3. Infants (up to 24 months old) can travel for free on their parents’ laps. For all other children, the full rate is applied and they are obliged to comply with the regulations in force (Up to a height of less than 1.50m, free transport is allowed without security measures, provided that it is carried out in the rear seats and accompanied by a person over 18 years old).


4. The cost of the ticket includes the transport of one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg and a maximum size of 158 cm for the sum of the dimensions (length + width + height), as well as a reasonably sized hand baggage.


5. Additional baggage will only be carried if there is capacity available in the luggage compartment.


6. All baggage must have an identification tag.


7. Tickets are nominative and cannot be transferred to third parties. Each passenger is obliged to keep his ticket until the end of the journey.


8. Tickets are non-refundable.


9. The carrier assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.


10. Each passenger purchasing the ticket is insured within the limits of the trip for the risk of “accident”. Should there be a desire for greater insurance coverage, the passenger may personally stipulate another insurance contract of his choice.


11. The carrier assumes no responsibility in the event of journeys interrupted by Public Authorities due to the following irregularities: passports, visas, and other types of customs problems of the passengers, which are the sole responsibility of the same; the same also applies to “Life” and “Healthcare Expenses” risk insurance.


12. Each passenger assumes personal and financial responsibility for the violation of the provisions of the Schengen Agreement for stay abroad. Penalties are paid personally by the passenger as the violator.


13. Each passenger assumes personal and financial responsibility for any damage caused to the bus.


14. The carrier does not assume responsibility for delays due to objective causes or cases of “force majeure” circumstances and also in cases of lost or stolen baggage before the control on the bus or after the delivery of the baggage upon arrival.


15. In the event of a journey not carried out due to the carrier’s fault, it is established that the refund to the passenger concerns only the value of the part of the journey not carried out.


16. The transport of animals is not permitted.


17. Commercial goods and other items subject to customs handling are not transported.


18. When any checks by the Police Force for a passenger result in a delay of more than 30 minutes due to irregularities, the carrier will no longer be obliged to transport the passenger and the ticket will not be refunded.


19. Smoking is prohibited on the bus during the journey.


20. The use of seat belts on buses during travel is mandatory throughout Europe. Fines applied by the Authorities in relation to safety during travel will be assumed personally by the offender.


21. The carrier does not transport baggage alone.


22. Complaints are valid in written form, requested within one month from the day of travel and must be accompanied by a photocopy of the ticket and the luggage tag; without these documents, complaints will not be examined. The carrier assumes no responsibility for the state of operation of the systems on the bus that concern the comfort of the journey and are not the subject of a complaint.


23. Arrival and departure times are indicative.


24. Any date changes will be accepted only if there is availability on our vehicles and exclusively within the technical times required to make the change and upon payment of a penalty corresponding to €10.00.

26. Requested stops will not be made
